The successful candidate will work in a fabulous Boutique in Central London.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing brand with strong etic and sustainable approach.
Main Responsibilities:
- Driving sales with a proactive and engaging attitude
- Representing the brand at the highest standards and promoting the company image and culture
- CRM management and development of a strong client base to repeat business
- Gaining the customer loyalty by delivering thorough product knowledge
- Dealing with customers’ complaints in a professional manner following the company policies
- Managing confidently every step of the sales and offering punctual after-sales service
- Maintaining the visual standards high at all times
Profile:
- Significant experience as a sales associate gained at the luxury brand
- Proven track records of sales and ability to generate business by managing a solid client base
- Excellent clientelling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
- Flexible and available to work on a shift pattern
- Fluent in English
