Store Manager – Milano
I am currently seeking a Store Manager for a Luxury Brand.
This is an unmissable opportunity to work for an iconic and hugely successful brand for their Flagship Store in Milan, Italy.
The Store Manager is responsible for the achievement of the sales objectives and to build and coach highly motivated sales team to deliver exceptional service to the customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring business data and performance, analyzing KPI’s
- Proposing action plans to develop sales and adapting actions to specific situations
- Developing and managing CRM activities
- Managing inventory in accordance to Company guidelines, ensuring the stock levels are regularly reviewed and maintained
- Ensuring the store is presented impeccably at all times and Visual Merchandising complies with company guidelines
- Solving customer concerns by determining efficient solutions, ensuring after sales care policies are adhered to
- Inspiring and motivating the team
- Training on a day to day basis, one to one development
- Managing overall team performance
